International conference on audience development RE:Audience. Audience development should be a priority for cultural organisations. It is far from just being about marketing; audience development influences and informs the planning of new activities, affecting the creation and the operation of the cultural programme. In addition to increasing public interest or revenue from ticket sales, audience development can be a strategic public administration tool and can play an important role as an intermediary for a fragmented or escalating society. Renowned foreign and Czech experts will be discussing inspirational examples in practice, the agencies involved in the analysis of data, the role of the founders or of the involved cultural organisations, and the pitfalls of audience development (3. 11.). The second day will consist of specialised workshops and trips to inspirational cultural organisations (4. 11.).

The listed castle waterworks stands in the urban conservation area adjacent to the former archbishop mint near Kromeriz Castle. The building was built in the years 1893 - 1904 on the site of the old bishop's mill by Archbishop Theodor Khon. It was used for the operation of hydraulic components and equipment in the castle gardens and parks. Later, a sport facility was established here called "Orlovna". In recent years the building was long unused and fell into disrepair. It consists of two separate buildings - "Orlovna" which is used since 2008 as a gallery, and the "Waterworks" with preserved original features.

Kafé v kině (Cafe in the Cinema) is located in the foyer of Morava cinema, where a recent reconstruction created the unique opportunity for the establishment of a stylish cafe. We took inspiration in such cafe “Meccas” as Brno, Prague, Amsterdam, but also in other cities. The aim is to create a full-fledged place with a distinctive atmosphere that would offer something that has been missing in our city so far. The concept of the cafe respects the present cafeteria trends, which seek to take advantage from the unconventional cinema space, where concerts and other cultural events take place as well. The main idea is to link the quality cafe services with the same quality cultural productions, whether in the field of music, literature or visual arts. The aim is for the area to function as a pleasant cafe during the day and got the atmosphere of a pleasant club in the evening. The entire space is non-smoking and open to all types of customers. The pleasant environment is achieved among others by the presence of a small bookcase, with the possibility to borrow books or read them directly in the cafe. There is also a gramophone with vinyls and a piano available to both the artists and the common guests.
